When will Koodo fix my calling problems?


My friend and I are having problems calling and receiving phone calls. We both have iPhones 4 & 4s. They are Nova Scotia numbers and when we visit Calgary we can't hear the other party that we are calling or they can't hear us, we even can't hear one another. This problem keeps repeating itself whenever we visit Calgary.I did all the trouble shooting with a Koodo staff member over the phone but it never solves the problem. I'm really considering cancelling my number as this is a complete waste of time and money.

i did last year. ive restarted both iPhones and did the reset to the network settings. This problem only happens in Calgary and I'm now moving to Calgary for good so if this continues i will be forced to cancel my number.by the way, these are new iphones, that i bought this year. also tried with a samsung phone and the same problem the other party cant hear me or i cant hear them. FYI,just about 2 weeks ago a Koodo agent phoned to fill out a satisfaction survey and it was also reported to him (my friend's mobile 😵. it's frustrating to be on the phone with agents and sending refreshing signals and the problems cant be solved.

Since you'll be moving to Calgary for good, I advice to change your number from NS number to calgary number, that will solve your problem.

If the issue continues after you've moved to Calgary, definitely give us a call(*611 Option 6) so we can look into the issue again. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.

this is happening to me on a GS4...nothing wrong with the microphone as VOIP apps and S-Voice still work fine, but callers cannot hear me through the internal mic even though i can hear them

I'd wager a guess that any audio issues are strictly hardware, regardless of what you may experience.

Call tech support. Have them put in a ticket.
I can't call tech support lol, they wouldn't be able to hear me!

Ever heard of using another phone? Or one of the VoIP apps you said are working fine? 1-866-995-6636, option 6.
i don't have another phone to use or i would have done that....i'm not stupid Do Koodo customer service have VOIP support?

Soo you are unable to physically go elsewhere to use a phone? No friends or family? You can "try" to use a voip service to dial Koodo's 1-866 number, but there's no guarantee that it'll work.

pretty much i'll need to go to a Koodo store i think, get the sales assistant to do it
