When I try to log in to Koodo self-serve, I get a "Page Expired" or "404 Page not found" error.

My bill is overdue but I have been trying for a while to log in to Koodo site and it won't let me. I keep getting a "Page not found" or "Page Expired" message. Very frustrating.

Have you tried paying via the app? It worked for me! You're not the only one having problems

Hi Riley, is it working now? Did you try the steps suggested in the other link (clearing the cache, etc.)? Thank  you!
