When I try to create a voicemail it says the password is ineligible


When I try to create a voicemail (new phone) it always says the password is ineligible and I tried multiple different combos (I've been on hold from Koodo support for like 1 hour already)

You can reset your voicemail pin in self service, Chase. It would save you the $10 Koodo will charge you to reset it for you 🙂
