I signed up for Koodo about 9 days ago. I'm on the $45 Canada-wide plan, I don't have a tab. I transferred my number from Telus. When I first logged into self serve, it said I had 7 days left in my billing cycle. This would be for my very very first bill after signing up. Today, I'm already on my next billing cycle (a day into a 31 day cycle), and my first, partial bill has not yet been issued/appeared. Is this normal? Does that partial bill just get tacked onto the full 31-day bill that will be issued in a few weeks (thus resulting in the slightly odd bill everyone seems to struggle with despite being entirely the norm for all carriers all the time)?
