The website says to register all I need is a "Customer Account Number" and my "Postal Code", which I have, but when I click on register it asks for my name and phone number. Tried to call customer service, but the line was too busy and it suggested that I call again later.
The phone reads "No Service" so I can't use it to call another cell to find the number either. I checked under the pone's settings (it's an iPhone 4S) and the number is listed as "unknown". I cannot download the Self-Serve app at this time. The link to activate my SIM card online doesn't seem to be working.
