what number do I call if I disagree with bill


I received my ebill yesterday and it says I did not pay the Mar instalment; however the print out I have indicates I paid on March 14th. IS there a number I can call to talk to Koodoo representative.

*611 from your Koodo phone. If you calmly explain to them, they're really nice folks willing to work with you to figure out where the discrepancy is. Good luck

Sure, you can call 1-866-995-6636 and select option 5 for customer service. But before you call, did you make that payment at the Bank? It takes 3 to 5 business days for Koodo to receive that money. Also weekends don't count.

What could happen is the payment went through on the March 14th date, but shortly after a bill came out dated in march. It is a common thing that happens for payments vs bill dates Can you tell us what your bill date is?
