What is Koodo's refund & cancellation policy ?

I'm not a client yet but thinking to activate my account at Koodo. I'm an international student but would like to know in advance about your refund system before I sign up. There is no information on the website. It's BYD, Post paid $55 plan please

If you cancel early your plan is prorated to the days you used.

You only pay a final prorated bill to the day that you choose to cancel. That's pretty much it. No cancellation fees.

N...Prorated or to the end of the billing period, which ever is lower.  if you used more minutes or data than the proated amount, it may be more expensive since it would trigger overage fees.  So koodo charges your final bill based on what ever is less

However, receiving any funds owed you if you leave Canada, closing bank accounts, etc., may prove challenging. You may wish to see if Public Mobile is a better fit for your needs.

To qualify for Koodo post-paid, you will have to pass a Canadian credit check and have a suitable Canadian credit or debit card for payment.

As per David, Public Mobile may be a less complicated fit.
