What does it mean you are under limited

Helo guys when I open koodo self service I see you are under limited,I didn't understand what it means please can someone help me

If I understand correctly what maybe happenning is that you are not the main account holder or not set up that way in self serve. Under role management in self serve your access needs to be updated by the main account holder. Permission need to be given to you so your access is not limited.
