Webstore support


Did an upgrade over the phone and now i am calling webstore to place the order for the new phone and all i ve been geting is VM and it has been couple hours and left multiple messages and no response yet can someone help me with this.

I believe you need to place an order to the Webstore by making the transaction through your web browser. I am not aware that they accept telephone orders.
I was informed by a rep over the phone that i have to call 18445663697 to place the order as I currently am in a different city than my home city,Can you please check exactly on what i have to do so that it is not delayed.

I expect then that you will have to cal the web store, then, as to my knowledge there is no online means to have a phone shipped to an address other than that of record on your account.

Thank you david, I was able to get a hold of webstore support and they have resolved my issue. I appreciate your assistance.
