Wanted to top up but kept getting the msg "ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_14".

I receive the same message. Tried different browsers. Cannot purchase a data booster add on because of it.

I am having the same problem. used different browsers, nothing worked. even tried on android phone. Anyone from Koodo who could provide solution for this?

I'm sure Koodo has acknowledged that problem so I believe they are working on a fix.

Have you try to add a booster through your phone?
I've seen some one had a same issue,but could made it through phone.
I don't know what is causing this... but it might worth trying...?

still isnt working!

Went to Koodo's Counter, they gave me a phone number 1-866-995-6636 to call.  The 1st guy, David, redirected me to a 2nd guy, Edward, who handled credit cards & problem solved.  Both were nice guys.  So my advice is don't wait, call them!

We haven't heard anything yet - but in the meantime you should be able to top up by dialing 611 on your phone.
