I have received text messages from Koodo saying that my voicemail is going to expire within so many days and I have to reset it and so on... I unfortunately accidentally deleted those messages and therefore am concerned of what to do. How do I reset my voicemail completely? Is it asking for a new password or a new voicemail completely? Confused. Please help.

The messages are geared towards notifying you that you are being switched to the new voicemail system. Once you get the notification that says you were upgraded to the new voicemail system, you will simply be required to set a new voicemail password and you will be all set!
