Vancouver/Seattle: I purchased the 3-day data and unlimited voice and text for the US and can't connect to any networks. iPhone 5S


Vancouver/Seattle: I purchased the 3-day data and unlimited voice and text for the US and have not been able to get my iPhone 5S to connect to any networks. I did receive the confirmation text but no 'Welcome to the US' text when crossing the border. I'm in Seattle so I know there's a network here. I have updated my carrier settings, I have restarted my phone multiple times, I have reset my network settings, and have selected the network manually (AT&T) and checked all my cellular settings. I just went to Self Serve to ensure that the International Data Roaming was added to my account (it wasn't) but was unable to add it at this time. I am currently completely cut off and my phone just says "No Service". Please help! Otherwise I will have to ask for my money back.

Victoria, you have a roaming block on your account from last year. Please log into self serve and remove that. If you need additional help send us a private message on Facebook.
