Used the wrong email signing up


When signing up for my new Koodo account, I realized I gave the wrong email adress and I've tried to change it but it says it needs approval from the other account but that does not exist. What do I do?

yeah, the system thinks the owner is the one with the email address you gave Nimra. Plsease send us  private message facebook and we'll help out. 
I have a similar issue, I used an expired outlook email address when setting up my account?

Hi Glen, send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on setting up with the correct email
