Upgraded phone on koodo website, have not recieved a phone call or even a tracking number to track the phone

As title says ive upgraded my phone through the website. went with the iphone 5s for $0 Customer support said koodo would give me a phone call to confirm info. they have not. she also said id get an email with tracking number. this is so frustrating

Hi Jeremy,

To my knowledge, Koodo only calls you if they require additional information or if there is an error with your order. Depending when you ordered the phone and where your shipping the phone to, it could take up to 10 business days to received the phone. Once the order is processed, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping information.
