upgrade phone

I am trying to upgrade my phone and order a new one do to not living near a store anymore. When I go to order my phone it comes up according to your profile you are not eligible to upgrade, please visit a store near you and speak with a representative. What would make me not eligible for an upgrade. My tab balance is 0

It could be a few reasons: perhaps you are new to Koodo and have hit the “cooling off” period that you can order online, or perhaps your credit score is not good enough, or perhaps Koodo is afraid of fraud (not yours, but to protect you). Sadly when you get that message, your only choice is to visit a store… no way around it!
