I callled koodo customer service to unlock my iPhone 5, shortly after they send an email saying .
- If you have a SIM card from another carrier:
- Remove your current SIM card and insert the non-Koodo SIM card
- Complete the setup process
- Back up your iPhone
- Restore the iPhone to factory settings
- Restore your iPhone from the backup you just made
and its still not working, i used a rogers sim to test, is there anything else I can try ?
