unlock iphone SE


Hello I am a koodo monthly customer. I have requested the unlock of an Iphone SE before my trip to Brazil in order to use my phone while on holidays.
- on the phone the agent said the phone was unlocked/ tried finishing unlocking with itunes and was not able to see "your phone is unlocked"
- tried another chip from rogers and it showed phone still locked, called koodoo again agent said that the phone is unlocked on their end. Now I am in brazil still with a locked phone and I am unable to call koodo. Can I have an alternative method to speak to an agent?
how can i proceed with unlock without having to call customer support long distance?

Do you have 2 iPhones on your account? I once unlocked an iPhone but the rep unlocked the bad one...That might be your case.

I do!!! But I did provide an IMEI - do you think it is still a possibility though?

IF you gave them your IMEI I doubt they made a mistake. Must be something else.

Thanks for all the help! It turns out they did unlock the wrong phone! Koodo resolved everything through email, great service at the end!

Have you received unlocked code from Koodo and paid for it?  
If not, did you tell/ask CSR about that?

It's an iPhone Mayumi, so there's no code to be received for those devices.

I did not receive a code, he alerted he had unlocked the mobile on his system and that I just needed to restore the phone and I should be able to see a "phone unlocked" on itunes. He did mention the fee that would be applied to my next bill..
