Hello I am a koodo monthly customer. I have requested the unlock of an Iphone SE before my trip to Brazil in order to use my phone while on holidays.
- on the phone the agent said the phone was unlocked/ tried finishing unlocking with itunes and was not able to see "your phone is unlocked"
- tried another chip from rogers and it showed phone still locked, called koodoo again agent said that the phone is unlocked on their end. Now I am in brazil still with a locked phone and I am unable to call koodo. Can I have an alternative method to speak to an agent?
how can i proceed with unlock without having to call customer support long distance?
