I went to Koodo at the mall on March 31st. We were looking at the i phone 4s and the price was 300 on the tab. While we were thinking about it the girl went to help someone else and we were waiting for a long time. The mall was now closed and she was still helping the other person so we had to leave. She did not tell us that the phone was on sale and the promotion was over that day. We went back to the mall tonight and the phone had raised in price to $450. So $300 on tab and we would have to pay $150. We explained the situation and were hoping because it wasn't our fault that we weren't able to purchase it on Monday that they would still have honored the promotion for us tonight since we are already koodo customers. They looked at us with a smirk on their face and said sorry about the situation but we can't. Very disappointed by koodo's customer service and thinking it may be time for a change.
