Unable to register for prepaid auto top up


I try to register for prepaid auto top up, but it says my card is been denied every time. I am pretty sure all the information and the address I typed are correct. Why this happened and how to solve this problem?

Is the address on the account matching the one on the card? Same for the name?
Yes, exactly same. I match the address with my bank statement and check it twice. The name is same as well.

What card are you using to top up? You can only use credit or visa debit to top up your funds (an ordinary debit card will not work)
I used RBC credit card. Actually when I check the online bank,there is an authorized transactions record in the statement, shows KOODO TOP UP REAPPROV EDMONTON, but the amount is $0.

It might be in the finer details. Perhaps the phone number you have registered with your credit card/RBC is not the same you are entering to confirm the payment? If it gets to the statement then your credit card number is correct but there could be something wrong with the billing information (address, phone number, name, etc.)
