Unable to receive calls


I'm using an iPhone 8 purchased from the apple store.

I have just ported over to Koodo, I can make calls, get onto the internet fine. However whenever someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail without even ringing. It was fine with my previous provider.

I have already reset my phone, enabling/disabling airport mode etc.

This is part of the porting process. It should be fixed by at least the end of the day, if not sooner.

My wife and I switched at the same time on saturday night. Hers was pretty instant. Mine has been about 3 days already.

I think you would have to contact Koodo porting team. Unfortunately that might involve calling or sending message through facebook.
