Unable to activate sim.


Unable to activate sim on iphone6 (bought new). I have had my phone unlocked. I have erased all content, reset, and restored from back-up. When I try to use a Roam Mobility sim for travel in US - I get this message: The Sim card you currently have installed is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by activation server... Or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. I tried in Europe too with an 02 sim with same result.  Talked to rep at a Koodo booth who advised I erase and restore again which I did.  Help please!

It's possible that the unlock was not done properly. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it looked into to see if it was properly unlocked.
