Trouble setting up self serve


I’m trying to set up self-serve but the email I used and the one I gave at the shop must have been different because I’m still waiting to be approved. I’ve checked my junk mail.

You'll need to contact customer service and have them fix this on the back end. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
