Transferring phone number from Telus to Koodo


Ordered a new iphone 11 and, put the new SIM card  and I’m trying to transfer my old number to my new phone and every time I try it says “oops something went wrong, please try again later” every time I try it doesn’t work. It’s a Telus phone number I’m trying to transfer, and it’s still active.

Hello @poppyr! Welcome to the Koodo family!

Have you tried to delete your browser’s cache and cookies before initiating the port? Or use a different browser or device while doing so?

Also, have you had the chance to check out this help article: koo.do/PortIn?

I have tried all of that and it keeps saying error 😞

Were you able to go to the menu to transfer your phone number and fill in the required information?
