tracking


 

received a shipping confirmation email on Thursday  morning 1st April  2021. Followed the “track my order” link in email - parcel or shipment not found, this is over 24 hours since receiving the shipping confirmation so should have been processed by now. Can someone please look into this. Order number - HFO29708710

Lastweek was the long weekend. Ups doesn't work and didn't pick up the package I would suggest you check back later today and see if there is an update.

Can you take the  tracking number and check directly into UPS webpage? 

It’s showing me this

@Rahulmalaye That order number only shows it was approved this afternoon. No tracking number has been sent as it is waiting for shipment which is likely tomorrow. 

What tracking # did you get? Was it from Koodo in an email?

Just a heads up the HFO number you posted is for order approval only. Not to track shipping. Hope this helps.
