Topped up my plan a week late and now it's not working even though I've paid.

Hi, you might have to call Koodo and pay $35 re-connection fee for the account disconnected for non-payment.

There's no reconnection fee for prepaid. But you may have to go into self serve and choose a base plan again after you topped up. Make sure to reboot your phone too after.
