i canceled my service with Koodo o e month back why I am still receiving bills in my email?!!!

WHen you log into self serve, what does your detailed pdf ebills say since you've cancelled

@Nermin they need to send you one final bill, with things like:
  • Credit for any unused portion of your current month (unless you're on a pre-paid plan)
  • Charge you for an overages (minutes, data, text if metered) you may have incurred
  • Charge you the remaining device balance if you purchased a phone on tab and had not finished paying it off already
  • Possibly others but those are the main things.
