This is Brutal! My phone was disconnected due to non payment and can't get through to customer service to arrange online banking payment. What is going on? Keep getting hung up on. Not impressed.......Why can't I call from my phone, like a *611 or #227 I have to find someone who will let me use their phone and then obviously they can't wait around for someone to finally answer for me......

The call centre is overwhelmed by calls for the current pre-Christmas promotion. It should subside tonight.
