The Koodo app for my account never works properly


It makes me log in then out then back in before I can do anything. Usually it works but today it's not working at all. Ticks me off.

If you need to access your self serve right away, try logging on via your internet browser -If the app never works properly then, uninstall and reinstall -If the usually works but not today, use the internet browser for today and see if it works again in the next day or two I tested it on my phone and the app works for me
