text not sending or receiving


I have an iPhone 4 that used to work perfectly. Well until I got prepaid. Now I can't seem to send or receive any texts. There are no errors on the phone itself and Koodo said that the messages were going through... This is really weird. I've even restored my phone and that hasn't fixed it.

Shutdown and reseat the SIM card
I've tried that countless times... same result... my data and minutes work fine

I looks pre paid has something causing this. Did you try talking to pre paid technical support.
I have, they attempted to reset the service, that didn't work either.
