Technologically challenged non-Koodo smartphone user in need of data booster assistance!


I have purchased a data plan via the online prepaid self serve service, but find myself unable to make use of said data on my non-Koodo smartphone. I have tried resetting the network settings, but to no avail. Help!

Sounds like you need APN settings for the data to work. What phone do you have?
iPhone 4.
