So my phone was stolen about a month or so ago and I had it shut off we found it now and I would like to turn it back on

If the line was just suspended, then it can be un-suspended via self-serve. If it was cancelled then you need to activate a new line.
How could I re activate it ?

Hi Rick, 

You can restore your line if you flagged your phone as stolen via the Self Serve. Just go to: Phone Services > Lost/Stolen Phone. 

If your line was cancelled, you can have it reactivated within 90 days by calling customer service at 1-866-995-6636.
