This week I traveled to Brazil and bought a new chip here, and I discovered that my cellphone is BLOCKED by KOODO.
I am having the following error when I start my phone with new chip: "SIM Not Supported".
When I try to unlock it by My Account (https://www.koodomobile.com/my-account)
Self Service > Mobile Services > Unlock your phone
I get the following error message:
"We're unable to unlock your device online. To unlock your device, please contact us by calling 1-866-995-6636. We recommend that you call using a different device than the device you want to unlock so we can assist you with the unlock steps."
So, KOODO I cannot do an international call at this moment, and I didn't find any email to contact you.
Please contact me because you are putting me in a difficult situation.
