Sim for phone has not arrived

Still waiting for sim to be delivered which I ordered on April 3rd. I ordered it then as I wanted it to arrive before I got to Canada. I've emailed and waiting for a response. I will be going to the store in the morning also. I'mworried as the tracking number given links to the FedEx website however the number is not recognised.

Koodo doesn't offering buying "SIM only" through webstore.
