SIM Did Not Arrive With Phone?

I just received my new phone and paid for the SiM card as well with my order, but there is no SIM that I can see…  Can anyone help?  I cannot use my old SIM, as I’ve just switched from Rogers.  Thanks!

The SIM should be shipped with the box. I would recommend you double check.

In the case, it wasn’t there, you might have to visit a Koodo kiosk and ask someone there to assist. Hopefully, they won’t charge you for it. You could also contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to check the order.

Usually the sim is glued/taped to the phone itself. If it fell off during shipping check around the box, especially under the two cardboard flaps at the bottom to see if it may have gotten wedged under there.
