I just bought a sim card for my new phone. I went to activate it through self-serve and I selected the wrong phone number (my account has two seperate phones), I changed that account back to the original sim, and now when I try to put the sim in the correct phone number, I get a message saying that the equipment is already in use. Is there any way to solve this?

not without another new sim card, they can only be activated once. If you call customer service and explain what happened though, they can probably credit your account for the price of a new one.
