Sim Card Activation?

I just bought a new phone from my local Koodo store. I paid for a new sim card and a $15 plan per month. I also paid $10 for calling. I went on the website to create a self serve account, like the man at the store said, and it says i need activation from an email. I've also gone to active my sim card and it tells me to pay. As i said, i paid in store. The sim card isnt working on my phone, it asks for a phone number. I dont have a phone nuber yet...

Then you need to go here , and choose Prepaid (not monthly) and follow the prompts to register your SIM and plan.
