sim card

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with SIM card.

(I was away from Canada last few months but while I was outside of Canada I still continued paying my phone bill since it’s contract plan.)


I came back Canada few days ago and switched Koodo SIM card to my main iPhone. My number seems working as I can get calls from others but I cannot connect the internet and use apps. 
without wifi it says 3G or LTE but can’t use data.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Have you tried a simple restart on your phone to see if that gets it working?

Also just to confirm, this is an iPhone yes?

thanks for your reply. I restarted my phone but didn’t work.

yes I’m using iPhone. Do I need to put username and password under “cellular Dare Network” section? APN is so.koodo.com

I suspect that's a typo and the APN is sP.koodo.com. There is no username or password required. You can also try to reset the network settings on the phone. (This won't erase any data, but you'll need to re-enter any saved wifi passwords).
