Shock-data plan not turning off!


Hi, I recently changed my husband's plan to a shock-free data plan as the sales rep told me that his data would automatically shut off when he reached the limit but it hasn't. He/we were hit with a $55 data overage charge so far this month. How can I make it so he can't over his data allowance? Thanks!

Login to self serve, click "View Usage", then click "Change data alerts". Make sure the box is checked.

Oh, and if he responded to the text sent him saying he is at the limit, he can consume more than the 100% limit.
