sender email address rejected by server


I am trying to reply to a message on my teksavvy.com email account and it won't send - it keeps saying "The sender address was rejected by the server" How can I change this on my phone. This email account is our home one that everyone sends to. I need access to it.

Have you checked the incoming and outgoing server settings? Google found me this helpful guide on their website: https://help.teksavvy.com/hc/en-us/articles/200314400-How-To-Set-Up-Email-on-your-Smartphone-or-a-Non-TekSavvy-Internet-Connection I'm not too familiar with how iPhone email server settings work and how changeable it is but poke around the email settings and see if these match.
