self seve error


When i try to log in, they always show "You're still waiting to be approved" and "Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address" like that. I didn't make other account, help me please

Hi there!

It seems like your e-mail address is already attached to one profile...

For this I suggest you contact Koodo to get your profile deleted and your e-mail address detached from any other profile, and then create a new one...

After Koodo creates your online account, you will receive an e-mail to complete process and this shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
