In Self-Serve, I am requesting to port my phone number over from Telus. I filled in all the information it asks for in the form. When I hit "submit", though, it does nothing. It refreshes the page to a white screen (see image)
Is this normal?
I was expecting some form of confirmation that my request to port has been successful.
What should I do next? Is it necessary to restart my phone, or remove the SIM from the phone the # is associated with, or do anything else?
