Self Serve problem


I can't pay my bill online or see my data usage. All i get when I log into self serve is options to change my information. How to fix??

Hi Anna....do you have a prepaid or monthly billed account ?

It seems that Self Serve has your profile set up as an Account Manager when it should be an Account Owner. Easy fix when you call Koodo. They can delete the old profile and get you to set up a new one. They can stay on the line with you as you do it since it should take no more than 2 minutes to set up.
