self serve password on plan


This is third time this has happened to me. I cannot login to Self Serve and I know the password is correct as when I  reset and try the same one it tells me not to use the last password. Is this an open problem?

Hi Sardina, Have you tried using a different browser, also try clearing your browsers History, cookies and cache.
