Self Serve not working, I switched from prepaid to monthly plan end of Sep.

I sign up an account for monthly plan, using same email as my prepaid account.

Did you receive a confirmation email, Yanxin Pan? What error are you getting when you try to log in?
Yes, I got the confirmation email. I tried also chrome, and received similar error message.

Try clearing browsing history and log in again.
If it didn't work, then you have to call in.
