Seasonal Hold Options with new phone + Tab Plus


I just got a new phone with Tab Plus. Can I go on a Seasonal Hold Plan while still paying off my Tab? Or could I go on the Seasonal Plan without paying my Tab and resume my plan + Tab upon my return?

Hey Heather! Congratulations on your new phone 🙂 Your account has to be active for a minimum of 1 month before you can go on the Season Hold. Once on the Seasonal Hold, you will be charged $15 for the plan + your Tab fee. So you'll be paying $15 for the Seasonal Hold + $21 for the Tab Plus for a total of $36 plus tax every month! Once you return, simply log into your Self-Serve http://koo.do/21nLh0D account and pick from one of our in-market rate plans to start using the services again 🙂
Sorry to hijack the thread, I can't figure out how to start a new one. I was just curious if being on seasonal hold still counts as the account being active. Because I'd like to pay my tab in full, but it says I have to be active for 90 days, so being in seasonal hold, will it count towards the 90 days? Thanks Scott

Hey Scott! Yes, the account does remain active when you're on seasonal hold. Hope this helps!
