roaming texting

I bought international texting three days ago and still cannot send a single text out. How can I fix it ? I've reset my phone and everything as well.

Sign into self serve and make sure you've added the free international voice roaming add on. Then reboot your phone. This add on its required to connect to any network outside of Canada and the USA.

Hello Steph.

Here's how to add the free international roaming packages. There's two of them :

Connect to sell serve and go to your add-ons

Click to change the add-ons

Search for 1) International Voice Roaming and 2) International Data Roaming

You should now have all those add-ons

Wish you a wonderful vacation!

 "International voice roaming   $0.00(Free)".
Do you see it through your self serve?

Steph - If you shoot us a private message on Facebook, an agent should be able to pull up your account, validate you as the owner, and help get this sorted. They'll be able to figure out if the issue has to do with your account/service, the phone, or the network you're roaming on out there.
