repurposed phone issues

I just recently upgraded and got a repurposed iPhone 8 Plus, and I’ve been trying to figure out who to talk to or contact to get a replacement phone or this one fixed. It’s hard for the person on the other line to hear me, people either hang up or repeated say they can’t make out or hear what I’m saying. I tried the mic tests and speakers seem to work - any ideas who I contact?

Since you got your CPO iPhone 8 Plus recently from Koodo, you should still be covered under the one-year warranty. For repairs, you can visit your nearest Telus location to get it sorted out. You will be given the option of a loaner phone, if available. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

Take an appointment at the Apple Store : https://getsupport.apple.com

What was the issue with the phone? was the problem from the hard ware or software?

For iPhone, you could also bring it to an Apple store and ask them.
