reporting a payment

Would love for the self serve to include a report a payment. The automated one sucks. I've ended up  spending more time waiting on the phone to speak with an agent because the automated system refused to note my payment

Same thing with me as well. I don't know what is worse, waiting on the phone to Report a Payment or trying to do it on Self Serve portal where there is no option but to do it in a CHAT Window.

Marg - There's typically no need to report a payment, because it shows up right away if you pay via Self Serve. It can take 3-5 days to post if you pay through your bank.

If your line's been cut-off or if you have a significant past due and are at risk of suspension, you can notify us through a private message on Facebook, rather than waiting on the phone. You are correct - there's no option to do this in self serve, you'll need to connect with an agent.
