Ok weird randomness here; Koodo totally screwed up my account and I am currently involved in a dispute with them. They even went so far as to blacklist the phones so they can not be used.
Yet they just sent me a random email message asking for feedback on quality of my repair???
Um anyone have any idea why a CCTS complaint somehow gets filed as a repair request? And what exactly did they repair since nothing is resolved yet?
